KEY MANHATTAN MATCH-UPS
Teamwork - Manhattan has evolved into one of the best "teams" in the league. Different players step up every night and with an eight-man rotation everyone knows they are going to get minutes. The Jaspers need to continue to play good team basketball and good things will happen.
Evolution Of Shane - While Richards may not end up as the MAAC Player of the Year, he definitely is making a case for being the most important player to any one team in the league and will need to continue his selfless play. Despite making only one field goal against Quinnipiac, he was able to hand out a career-high seven assists that resulted in 15 points.
Contain Hart/Parker - Manhattan will need to contain the high-scoring Marist duo of Khallid Hart (21.4 ppg) & Brian Parker (16.7 ppg), which combined for 33 points in the first match-up between the teams.
