2012 Cross Country: Placed 31st overall at the Stony Brook Season Opener (Sept. 1), running 6000 meters in 21:07.27…Notched a team-best time of 28:25.37 over 8000 meters at the Fordham Fiasco on Sept. 8…Completed the 8000-meter course in 27:24.56 at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 27…Placed third on the squad at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships (Nov. 9), posting a time of 34:17.30 over 10,000 meters…Grabbed 97th place at the IC4A Championships (Nov. 17), registering a 28:34.90 clocking for five miles.

Before Manhattan: Won county and league championships in cross country, the mile and the two mile at Tappan Zee High School…A four-time team MVP and two-time team captain…Earned four straight all-league selections in track & field…Chosen First Team All-County in cross country in 2010 and 2011 after being named to the second team in 2009…Twice selected all-section in cross country…Qualified for the 2012 New Balance Indoor Nationals and the New York State Cross Country Championships as both a junior and a senior…Named Athlete of the Season for Rockland County by the Journal News…Also played tennis.
