Before Manhattan: Competed at Garin College (New Zealand) and St. Joseph’s Primary School… Coached by Greg Lautenslager… Competed three years in basketball and two years in softball… Finished within the top five at the New Zealand Secondary Schools Cross Country Championships two years in a row. Achieved the Athletic Colors Honors in the final 2 years of high school in New Zealand
