2019 Outdoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team.

2018-19 Indoors: Earned a spot on the MAAC All-Academic Team...Finished ninth in the 3000-meters at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships, hitting a time of 10:46.37, a season-best...Placed 27th in the event at the MAAC Indoor Championships with a time of 11:01.13.

2019 Cross Country: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Placed 14th at the Metropolitan Cross Country Championships on October 12 with a time of 19:31.1 for the 5K course...Earned a top 50 finish at the MAAC Cross Country Championships on October 27, recording a 6K time of 23:41.2.

2018 Outdoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Competed in the mile at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational in Myrtle Beach, SC, finishing with a time of 5:31.77...also took on the 1,500-meter race at the TCNJ Lions Invitational, recording a 5:12.22 finish.

2017-18 Indoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Kicked-off the season with a top five finish in the 3K at the 2018 Yale Season Opener on Dec. 9, recording a time of 10:22.08...Earned a top 10 finish in the 3,000-meters at the 2018 Metropolitan Indoor Championships, finishing in 10:34.60...Posted a personal best of 10:20.41 in the 3K at the 2018 MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships...Finished fourth in the mile at the Brother Jasper Invitational on Feb. 23, earning a personal best time of 5:23.21.

2017 Cross Country: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Earned a third-place finish (18:59.01) at the 2018 Fordham Fiasco 5K on Sept. 9 in Van Cortlandt Park, helping the Jaspers to a team win...Placed in the top 10 at the 2018 New York City Metropolitan Cross Country Championship, finishing the 5,000-meter race 19:06.6 and helping the team to its first Mets win since 1986...Qualified for the 2018 ECAC Championships at Van Cortlandt Park on Nov. 19, finishing 57th in the 5K race with a time of 19:05.8.

2017 Outdoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Notched a season-best time of 17:52.63 in the 5000 meters at the Colonial Relays on March 30…Took seventh in the 5000 (18:16.54) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 14…Registered a 4:58.32 clocking in the 1500 meters at the Lions Invitational on April 29…Placed 15th in the 5000 (18:22.60) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 6.

2016-17 Indoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team.

2016 Cross Country: Earned a place on the MAAC All-Academic Team…Manhattan’s first or second finisher in each of her five races…Opened the season by running 5000 meters in 19:49.92, which was good for 14th overall, at the Fordham Fiasco/Ed Joyce Memorial on Sept. 10…Notched a time of 19:26.40 for 5000 meters at the Iona Meet of Champions on Sept. 16…Captured fourth place overall at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 7, completing 5000 meters in 19:07.90…Had a season-best 5000-meter clocking of 18:11.20 to place seventh overall at the UAlbany Invitational on Oct. 15…Posted a time of 22:44.73 over 6000 meters to secure 26th place overall at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 29.

2016 Outdoors: Ran the 800 meters at the season-opening USF Bulls Invitational on March 17, posting a time of 2:39.93…Had a season-best 1500-meter clocking of 4:56.05 at the Lions Invitational on April 29…Posted a time of 5:05.52 in the 1500 meters at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 7.

2015-16 Indoors: Placed 18th in the mile (5:30.78) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 4…Recorded a time of 5:27.39 in the mile at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21.

2015 Cross Country: Finished 49th at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 9, running 5000 meters in 20:54.30…Had a season-best time of 19:58.60 for 5000 meters at the UAlbany Invitational on Oct. 17…Registered a 24:43.49 clocking over 6000 meters at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 31.

Before Manhattan: Named all-county three times in cross country and twice in the 3000 meters…Won the conference 3000-meter title as a senior…A member of the Garden City High School team that finished fourth in the 2012 New York state meet.
