Newark, NJ — The Manhattan University Men's and Women's Cross Country programs shuttled out to the Metropolitan Championships at Branch Brook Park in Newark, New Jersey, taking first place on the men's side and garnering second place on the women's side.
-Manhattan received a couple of stellar individual performances, none more than Mikaella Martin who took second place overall for the 5-mile course.
-The top 5 on the men's side was rounded out by Adrian Alonso (10th), Joshua Mingoia (14th), Adam Guzman (16th), Rasmus Jaeger (17th) and Brendan Chan (32nd). For the women, the Jaspers proceeded with Kylie Conroy (6th), Bailee Christofis (17th), Bella Cannizzo (20th) and Fiona Mohl (38th).
-The Jasper men claimed their 27th Met title which is the most by any school.
