RIVERDALE, N.Y. - The Manhattan Men's and Women's Cross Country programs will serve as the host for the 2023 MAAC Championships this Saturday at Twin Ponds on the Farm in Montgomery, N.Y. The women's 6K race starts at 11 a.m, followed by the men's 8K race at 12 p.m.
Last Time at Twin Ponds on the Farm
Andria Scaglione raced to a time of 21:40.8 in the 6k to finish first for Manhattan in 11th place.
Kylie Conroy was 11th with 22:28.4, and
Andria Scaglione was the third Jasper to cross the line with a time of 22:49.4.
Jared Lautenslager used a time of 25:20.4 to become the first Jasper to finish the 8k race.
Jaxon Newton finished a few paces behind him with a time of 26:54.5.
History
The Manhattan women will look to win the cross country championship for the fifth time in school history and first since 2002. The men's team is looking to earn their first-ever championship.

MAAC Championships
The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) selected Manhattan College as the host institution for the 2023 MAAC Men's & Women's Cross Country Championships. The 2023 championships will be the first time the races will be held at Twin Ponds on the Farm in the 43-year history of the MAAC.
