RIVERDALE, N.Y. – The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference announced the 2022 Indoor Track & Field All-Academic Teams Friday.
Manhattan track and field placed a total of 35 student-athletes on the All-Academic Teams. Twenty-one men and 14 women earn a spot.
To be eligible for the MAAC All-Academic Team, a student-athlete must complete two semesters at their institution and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 on a 4.0 scale.
On the women's side, Monmouth led all schools with 33 student-athletes named to the All-Academic Team. For the men, Rider University led all schools, placing 31 student-athletes on the All-Academic Team.
The Jaspers will compete at the 2022 MAAC Indoor Track Championships at The Armory in New York City on February 19-20.
