Union, N.J. – Manhattan men's swimming and diving team placed second in the Cougar invitational, scoring 151 points. 
 
For individual races, Joe Brennan came in third in the 50-yard Freestyle with time of 22.44, only .13 seconds behind second place. In the 500-yard freestyle, Branden Deiss placed second with a time of 5:04.12, 4.3 seconds ahead of Ramapo College of NJ in third place.
 
The Jaspers took second place in the 500-yard freestyle relay, with a final time of 3:39.28. Andrew Lebak, Brennan, Abel Cartagena, and Jonathan Carsen lead the Jaspers to second. 
 
Manhattan swims again on Saturday, Nov. 19, at 10:30 a.m. at the Cougar Invitational in Union, N.J.
