LAKE PLACID, N.Y. – Manhattan golf finished the two-day Autumn Invitational with a round three score of 296 (+12), putting their overall total at 895 (+43) after three rounds.
Although their round three performance was the sixth-best score in the field, the Jaspers conclude the tournament remaining in 10th, one stroke behind ninth-place Holy Cross.
The Jaspers were led in round three by Colby Norton, who shot a 71 (E), Lincoln Haymaker, and Jimmy Escoto, who shot 74 (+3) on Sunday.
Top finishers for Manhattan were David Mlynek with a 220 (+7) and Haymaker, who finished at 223 (+10) in the three-day event.
Columbia won the tournament shooting an 842 (-10) over three rounds edging out Sacred Heart by one stroke. Individually, the champion was Sacred Heart's Marcus Lim, who shot a 199 (-14).
Manhattan next hits the course October 24-25th at the Nassau Invitational in Glen Cove, New York.
