Jersey City, NJ - Fueled by a dominating performance in the shot put, the Manhattan women won the Peacock Outdoor Invitational while the men finished second.

Nina Bjorkman (Vasteras, Sweden / Widenska Idrottsgymnasium) in third with a mark of 12.80 meters.

Nicola Scaglione (Oceanside, NY / Oceanside) won the 1500 meters in 4:55.69, while senior
Zarah Harris (Montgomery, NY / Valley Central) took the 400-meter title with a mark of 1:00.54.

Ryan Tierney (Staten Island, NY / St. Peter's) was victorious in 4:09.06, while sophomore
Kaya Simpson (Edgewood, MD / Harwood Technical) was fifth in the 400-meter hurdles (59.52) in rounding out scorers for Manhattan.
