JASPERS GAME NIGHT
The Jaspers (10-11, 7-5 MAAC), who have won four of their last five games, visit Marist (12-11, 11-2 MAAC) looking for the 500th victory in program history.  Manhattan is coming off a 77-55 triumph over Canisius on Friday night.  The Red Foxes won the first meeting between the teams this season, 79-73 at Draddy Gymnasium on Jan. 12.  That game started an eight-game winning streak for Marist, which earned a 74-55 victory at Saint Peter's on Friday.  Up next, Manhattan hosts Monmouth on Thursday in a matchup that will be broadcast on ESPN3, while Marist begins a three-game road trip at Niagara.
 
MANHATTAN BREAKDOWN
Manhattan (10-11, 7-5 MAAC) has won four of its last five games, including a 77-55 victory over Canisius on Friday night.  Sophomore guard Amani Tatum is the Jaspers' leading scorer.  She tallies 11.4 points per game.  Tatum also averages a MAAC-best 3.1 steals per contest and hands out 3.1 assists per outing.  Sophomore guard Nyasha Irizarry contributes 9.6 points a night, and her 2.1 three-pointers per game are sixth-most in the league.  Irizarry also ranks fifth in the MAAC in three-point percentage (.369).  Sophomore center Kayla Grimme, meanwhile, registers 7.8 points per contest to go along with a team-leading 8.0 rebounds per outing.  In addition, she's second in the league with 2.7 blocks a night.  Senior forward Shayna Ericksen adds 7.2 points per game, and senior guard Blake Underhill leads the squad with 3.7 assists per contest.  On Thursday, the Jaspers return home to face Monmouth in a matchup that will be broadcast live on ESPN3.

MARIST BREAKDOWN
Marist (12-11, 11-2 MAAC) is currently on an eight-game winning streak.  In their last outing, the Red Foxes notched a 74-55 victory at Saint Peter's on Friday.  Senior center Tori Jarosz leads the MAAC in scoring and ranks second in the league in rebounding.  She averages 17.7 points and 11.8 boards per game.  Jarosz is also the MAAC leader in blocks (3.2 bpg), and her .482 field goal percentage is third-best in the conference.  In addition, she's second nationally with 17 double-doubles this season.  Senior guard Sydney Coffey contributes 14.0 points and a team-high 3.5 assists per contest.  She also leads Marist with 1.3 steals per outing and is second in the MAAC in assist/turnover ratio (2.0).  Sophomore guard Allie Clement, meanwhile, notches 9.2 points a night, and she drains 2.3 treys per game to pace the Red Foxes.  Marist begins a three-game road trip at Niagara on Friday night.

ALL-TIME SERIES
Marist has won eight straight against Manhattan, including a 79-73 triumph at Draddy Gymnasium on Jan. 12.  The Jaspers' last victory over the Red Foxes was a 48-44 decision in Riverdale on Feb. 4, 2012.  Manhattan hasn't won in Poughkeepsie since notching a 72-63 triumph on Feb. 21, 2003, a span of 12 consecutive games.  Overall, this is the 52nd all-time meeting between the Jaspers and Red Foxes, with Marist leading the series 28-23.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT
Three Jaspers nearly had double-doubles in a 77-55 win over Canisius at Draddy Gymnasium on Friday night.  Shayna Ericksen finished with 17 points and nine rebounds, while Crystal Ross tallied nine points and a career-high 16 boards.  Amani Tatum added 15 points and Taylor Williams posted 13 points.  Blake Underhill, meanwhile, registered eight points and nine assists in the contest.  It was 13-11 Manahttan after one quarter, and the Jaspers extended their advantage to 31-23 at halftime.  After the Griffs took a 36-35 lead midway through the third quarter, Manhattan went on a 17-2 run to open up a 52-38 cushion.  The Jaspers used a 12-2 spurt in the fourth quarter to take their largest lead of the contest, a 75-49 margin, and Manhattan picked up its fourth win in its last five games with a 77-55 victory.
