TUXEDO PARK, N.Y. - The Manhattan golf team concluded Day 1 of the Tuxedo Autumn Invitational with a two-round total of 632 (+64) at the par-71 Tuxedo Club. The Jaspers, who currently sit in 11th place, will compete in the third and final round of the tournament on Saturday morning.
Junior Jon Keyes (Bayport, N.Y. / Bayport-Blue Point) was the low man for Manhattan on Day 1, shooting scores of 74 (+3) and 75 (+4) for a 149 (+7). Keyes' total placed him tied for 15th individually through two rounds.
Manhattan will open at 9:09 a.m. on Saturday morning, when the third and final round of the invitational begins.
