MEN'S BASKETBALL GAME DAY CENTRAL: MARIST

RIVERDALE, N.Y. - Manhattan completes its seven game road series on Saturday night versus league rival Marist (0-11, 0-2 MAAC) in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. Fans can listen to all the action live from the McCann Center at GoJaspers.com. The contest will also be available on Time Warner Cable Hudson Valley (Ch. 6). Tip off is slated for 7:30 p.m.

Manhattan (6-6, 1-1 MAAC) and Marist collide for the 32nd time in series history. The Jaspers improved to 19-12 versus the Red Foxes with a 67-48 victory their last time out on Feb. 2, 2009 at the McCann Center. Darryl Crawford led four Jaspers in double-figures with a game-high 17 points. Manhattan led  by as many as 21 in the second half as Chris Smith added 12 points, Antoine Pearson posted 11 and Laurence Jolicoeur recorded 10. Manhattan defeated Marist 73-67 in their first meeting last year on Jan. 9, 2009 in its eighth straight victory over the Red Foxes at Draddy Gymnasium. The Jaspers used 20 points from Pearson and 13 from Devon Austin '09.
