Riverdale, N.Y. (November 2, 2007) ? The Manhattan men's soccer team was downed by Siena 3-0 at Gaelic Park.

The Jaspers had several opportunities during the game, particularly during the second half, but couldn't find the back of the net.

Siena took the lead in the 36th minute when Siena striker Bobby DiFillipo grabbed his own rebound off a save from Jasper goalkeeper John Ciano and chipped the ball into the net.

The Siena's Kevin Gluchowski scored two goals in the second half to clinch the game, the first goal off a corner kick from Sebestien Anzevui and a second when he took a free kick from 25 yards out that deflected off a Jasper defender into the Manhattan goal.

Siena, now 5-7-4 overall and 2-4-2 in the MAAC, outshot the Jaspers 19-13.  Ciano had eight saves for the Jaspers, now 2-13-2 overall and 0-7-1 in the MAAC.

The Jaspers conclude their regular season Sunday at 10 a.m. when they take on Marist College at Gaelic Park.
