West Orange, N.J. - Manhattan combined to post a team score of 328 yesterday at the 6,500 yard, par-71 Rock Spring Golf Club.
George Calvi paced the team with a round of 79, which placed him in a tie for fifth overall.
Monmouth took home the overall team crown with a team total of 308, paced by overall medalist Anthony Campanile, who posted a one-over-par score of 72. Monmouth was followed by Fairleigh Dickinson (322), and Saint Peter's (327).
Other scorers for the Jaspers were:
Scott Burton (82 - T-11th),
Sean Oroho (82 - T-11th),
James Marchewka (85 - 17th), and
Adam Minbiole (89 - 20th).
Non-scoring Manhattan players included
Anthony Fanuele (80), and
Thomas Camisa (85).
Manhattan gets back to action on Friday, September 29, traveling to Stroudsburg, Pa. to participate in the Susquehanna Univ. Fall Classic.
