Scott Burton paced the Jasper effort, including a three-over par round of 74 on the second day, which matched the best round of the day.
Burton's effort placed him in a tie for 17th overall, as he improved dramatically from his opening round score of 87, giving him a two-day total of 161. The 13 stroke improvement was the best from day one to day two in the entire field.
Other finishers for Manhattan were
George Calvi (84-83-167, T-31st),
Adam Minbiole (85-86-171, T40th),
James Marchewka (85-88-173, T-44th), and
Chris Vieau (85-90-175, T-47th).
Kyle Pelletier of UMass-Dartmouth took home medalist honors after posting a two-day total of 150, posting a tournament low round of 71 on day one, and a 79 on day two for a two day score of eight-over-par.
NYU won the team title with a two-day team score of 617 (+49).
Manhattan returns to action on Wednesday, October 18, taking on the Saint Peter's Peacocks at 1:00 p.m. at Siwanoy Country Club in Bronxville, N.Y.
