GOLF FOURTH AT QUAD MATCH

West Orange, N.J. (September 20, 2005)- Manhattan's scoring four placed in a tight pack, scoring within three strokes of eachother, as the Jaspers put up a team score of 335 on the 6,500 yard, par-71 The Rock Spring Golf Club course. James Marchewka paced Manhattan, posting a score of 82, which placed him in a tie for ninth.

Monmouth took home the team title with a team score of 305, followed by Wagner (328), Saint Peter's (330), and Manhattan (335). Monmouth's Ryan Beck took home medalist honors after carding a two-over-par round of 73.

Other scorers for Manhattan were AJ Balsinde (83 - T9th), Scott Burton (85 - T13th), Chris Vieau (85 - T13th), and Adam Minbiole (86 - T16th). Sean Oroho (76) and Nick Mayo (85) competed as individuals and did not effect the team score.

The Jaspers return to the course on Friday, September 23, when they host Saint Peter's at Westchester Hills GC in White Plains, N.Y. at 2:30 p.m.
