SWIMMING TALLIES 10TH WIN, DEFEATING ST. JOE'S 112-75

Bronxville, NY (February 14, 2004)- The swimming team posted its 10 win of the season, defeating Saint Joseph's-NY, 112-75, at Sarah Lawrence College. Manhattan seniors Marguerite Mohan and Molly Hogan were honored before the meet. The 10 wins marks the first time in program history that the team has posted consecutive 10 win seasons.

The Lady Jaspers placed first in all 14 events in the victory. Freshman Courtney Arduini set two school records on the day, setting the standard in the 100 individual medley with a time of 1:04.77, as well as in the 50 breast, touching in with a time of 33.25.

The team is back in action February 19-21, when the Lady Jaspers compete in the MAAC Championships in Loyola, MD.
