Baltimore, MD (November 9, 2003)- The Lady Jaspers split a tri-meet with MAAC rival Loyola and the College of Notre Dame, defeating Notre Dame, 49-44, but falling to Loyola, 53-40. Freshman
Courtney Arduini was a triple winner versus Notre Dame.
Arduini won the 200 free (2:04.71), 100 fly (1:02.76), and 100 breast (1:12.34) versus Notre Dame, and was the meet's overall winner in the 100 breast.
In the 400 medley relay, the quartet of
Marisa Lowe,
Rachele Testa,
Sarah Szotak, and
Bethany Karbowski posted the second fastest time in school history, touching in with a time of 4:39.15, .45 shy of the record mark, set in 1992.
The Lady Jaspers return to the pool on Thursday, November 13, when they take on Sarah Lawrence at 7:00 p.m.
