Bronxville, NY (November 14, 2003)-Manhattan College defeated the College of New Rochelle, 102-72, at Sarah Lawrence.
Marisa Lowe was a triple winner, placing first in the 50 free, 50 back, and leading off the 200 medley relay.
Lowe teamed up with
Meghan Daly,
Lauren Sullivan, and
Molly Hogan to win the 200 medley relay in a time of 2:17.89. Lowe's other winning times were 34.03 (50 back) and 28.76 (50 free).
The Lady Jaspers placed first in each event, though several were swum exhibition by Manhattan. Winners were
Sara Lowe, who won the 500 free in a time of 6:40.46,
Bethany Karbowski, who placed first in the 200 individual medley, touching in with a time of 2:40.66,
Sarah Szotak, who won the 100 free with a time of 1:04.64 and the 100 individual medley with a time of 1:09.69,
Meghan Daly, who won the 50 and 100 breast with times of 39.13 and 1:26.93, respectively,
Courtney Arduini, who won the 100 fly in a time of 1:02.30, and
Bethany Karbowski, who won the 50 fly in a time of 30.47.
The 200 free relay team of Arduini,
Heather Kennedy,
Marikate Neill, and
Kim DelGrosso also placed first, with a time of 1:59.77.
