Riverdale, NY (November 14, 2003)- Junior Peter Mulligan led five Jaspers in double figures with 16 points as Manhattan downed the 320 All-Stars, 90-68, in an exhibition game tonight at Draddy Gym.

With the Jaspers holding a slim, 13-11 lead five minutes into the game, Manhattan used a 34-16 run to end the half to go into the break with a 20 point lead, 47-27. The Jaspers held the 320 All-Stars to just 22.9% (8-35) from the floor in the first half. Sophomore Jason Wingate led all scorers at the half with 11 points on 4-4 shooting from the floor and 2-2 from the free throw line. Wingate would finish the game with 13 points.

In the second half, the Jaspers extended their lead to as many as 29, at 71-42, with 10:05 to play. The 320 All-Stars never got closer than 16 the rest of the way.

Senior Jason Benton and sophomore Mike Konovelchick, who each tallied 13 points, and freshman Guy Ngarndi, who added 10 points and eight rebounds off the bench, joined mulligan and Wingate in double figures. Fellow freshman Christano Johnson and Mulligan each pulled down a team-high 10 rebounds.

John Morton led three 320 All-Stars in double figures with a game-high 10 points. The Jaspers outrebounded the 320 All-Stars 49-45, while causing 21 turnovers and handing out 24 assists.
