Former Manhattan College standout Kidani Brutus is in his first year with the Jaspers as a Special Assistant to Head Coach Steve Masiello.
He most recently was employed by the Section 5 Teen Center in the Bronx as an advisor/mentor to college-bound teens after previously working as a teller at the Hudson Valley Bank.
Brutus played two seasons for Manhattan from 2010-2012, averaging just under nine points a game. As a senior, he served as a team captain and was instrumental in helping guide the Jaspers to a NCAA-best 15-win improvement from his first year in Riverdale.
The Bronx native began his collegiate career at Carl Albert State College where he played two seasons after graduating from Wings Academy.
Brutus earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration at Manhattan.
